Our Story

COVID-19 Pandemic changed our lives in so many ways.

Looking for a way to escape the daily routine and shake off a little isolation, a group of friends came up with an idea: “Why not start a book club?” At first, we imagined meeting every week, sipping coffee, and discussing pages like literary pros. Reality, however, had other plans. Most of us were a little rusty with our reading habits, and it took three weeks just to get through the first half of our very first pick: The Giver of Stars. Don’t get us wrong—it’s a fantastic book! It just… took us a bit longer than expected. In the end, more than a month later, we proudly closed that first chapter together. 😊

After that, we decided a little structure would go a long way. Roles were assigned: managers to keep things organized, moderators to guide discussions, social media wizards, and book selectors to plan our next literary adventure. Suddenly, the club wasn’t just a fun idea—it was a real, buzzing little community.

With the team in place, a name chosen, and a logo designed, our book club officially came to life. And just like that, our little group of friends was off on a journey filled with stories, laughter, lively debates, and the joy of discovering new worlds—one book at a time.
